As a CEO and medical recruiter, Erik has had the opportunity to work with many different industries across a wide range of businesses. Although he deepest loves his work in the medical industry, he has also had the opportunity to work in the information technology and service industry. In his nine years as a CEO, Erik has founded and sold two companies, which he helped create and then later sold. He has also been a Medical Liaison for multiple US health care companies. Erik has been a Medical Scientist Liaison for several now-defunct studies, and has worked with various Rheumatology labs in order to improve the focus on this field.Erik has a strong interest in artificial intelligence and machine learning. He is currently a Co-Chief Scientist at BlockAble Inc., a company that he co-founded with his wife, Daisy. BlockAble is a supplier of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning products to the healthcare and business market. They are currently in their fourth year of developing their AI product, which they arealidening to be available in 2020.Outside of his work with BlockAble, Erik also has a medical research interest. He is currently a Medical Scientist Liaison at Nuvo Research Inc., where he is responsible for developing treatments for a variety of diseases. In his career as a Medical Liaison, Erik has been involved in many groundbreaking studies that have greatly helped advance our understanding of the human body and its diseases.

Erik Simins has a degree in physics from McMaster University. Previously, he studied at Leaside High School where he obtained his knowledge in physics and mathematics. Erik Simins is homeschooled and has been for most of his academic life.

With these formations, Simins has quickly blown up in the field of information technology and recruitment.Before joining Blockable, Erik was Chair of theutation at MAGNUS Personnel Corporation. There he created and operated a medical recruiting firm which helped to fill over a thousand positions in over 50 different industries. He then took thejewelry industry by storm as the owner of ES Productions. With this business, Erik was able to bring in major employers and icons such as David Yurman, Tiffany & Co., and Neiman Marcus to his company.In his free time, Erik enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Science from the University of Missouri.
