APAC - EMEA - AmericasSr. Professional Services Engineer @ Cyara Working directly with Fortune 100 & 500 companies post-sales, I installed Cyara software and trained customers face-to-face on our product suite. As a Cyara Certified Guru, I am an expert at the Cyara Platform and extended this knowledge as well as industry experience to what constitutes good Customer Experience. Besides customer training, product installation and troubleshooting, I also owned and ran Communication Platform Load Tests. These Load Tests were the largest in the world, in excess of 20,000 concurrent customer contacts at a rate exceeding 120 customer contacts per second. From October 2016 to July 2018 (1 year 10 months) United StatesSenior Technology Engineer @ Travelers I was a Senior Technology Engineer on the Contact Center Infrastructure team. I administered and owned the Verint Call Recording system enterprise wide. I architected future implementations and coordinated between Verint and our Business for delivery. I dealt with enterprise wide problems, after escalations from Level 4, and enterprise wide patches/upgrades. I utilized offshore resources for remedial patchwork/trouble tickets and instructed levels 1-4 on how to handle routine procedures. I also coordinated workload balance between other Contact Center engineers.I have owned and implemented the latest Verint system overhaul upgrading to a new major version release with a budget over $1 million.Contact Center Infrastructure handles all contact software that internal, other Traveler employees, and external customers interact with. A combination of both engineering and project management, we modify off the shelf systems to custom solutions. I bring together different teams across the organization; voice, networking, server, help desk, Business Insurance, Personal Insurance, Claim, and third party vendors to make our systems run smoothly and efficiently. From June 2013 to October 2016 (3 years 5 months) Hartford, Connecticut AreaSystems Engineer @ FactSet Research Systems I programmed enterprise wide products for the company; some targeting system analytics/data collection and others targeting improving work performance/hardware efficiency. Enterprise wide security updates were pushed through a custom C#.NET written application I built with my team and owned interacting with SCCM. I wrote SQL reports and stored procedures to better analyze the data we received to turn it into useful information. Utilizing data gathered through Exchange and our Cisco video logs in conference rooms I was able to heat-map what conference rooms were being utilized appropriately, thus we could justify or deny additional video conferencing being purchased.Our end goal was making the jobs and everyday tasks of everyone at the company more efficient and easier. From November 2011 to June 2013 (1 year 8 months) Presales Solutions Architect @ Cyara President's Club 2019Rookie of the Year 2019Working hand in hand with Customers during the pre-sales and post-sales process, I make sure the solution we give our Customers fit their unique needs.
