From June 1995 to December 1995 (7 months) Associate, Corporate Group @ Fenwick and West As an associate, I was involved with Venture Capital fundings, high-technology M&A and public-company securities work. I specialized in IT companies and held a range of responsibilities, relating to both ongoing legal needs and transactions. I bring the viewpoint I developed working with a wide range of clients, as well as the rigor of the legal environment to my current work in Venture Capital.
