The Open Source version of Zenoss has been downloaded more than 3 Million times. I opened the Boston office for Zenoss and sold the Service Dynamics platform in the New England and Eastern Canada regions. From 2011 to 2013 (2 years) Tivoli Enterprise Manager @ IBM I was working for Micromuse, the developers of the award winning Netcool network management system, when the company was acquired by IBM and then rolled into the Tivoli business unit. I sold to a number of large corporate and government accounts in their use of the entire Tivoli suite of end to end monitoring tools (db, transactions,apps, systems, mainframe), network monitoring (event monitoring, route cause), storage management (backup/recovery, bare machine), security management tools (identity/access, audit & compliance), and business service management (BSM) tools.Presidents Club: 2006, 2007, 2009Tivoli "Top Gun" From 2005 to 2011 (6 years) Senior Account Executive @ Micromuse (Acquired by IBM) Supported enterprise customers in the Northeast in their use of the Netcool family of network management solutions while navigating organizational and process changes due to IBM acquisition.
