Eric Dietrick has more than 10 years of experience in the food and beverage industry. 🎓 Education

Returning to education after taking a four year hiatus, Eric Dietrick declared an interest in hotel and restaurant management and decided to take his coursework at the University of New Orleans. Dietrick's education afforded him the opportunity to gain knowledge in the industry while also developing his culinary skills. Dietrick has since operated two successful restaurants, one of which he took over from his father. After experimenting with various food flavors and techniques, Dietrick developed a signature dish at his father's restaurant called Creole Crawfish.In addition to his restaurant work, Dietrick also served as an Past cook for the New Orleans Saints from 2001-2003. Dietrick has since focused on his education and current role as a hospitality and restaurant management teacher. Dietrick is author of several cookbooks, including Tasting، Cooking، and Great New Orleans Recipes. He holds a provisional degree in Culinary Arts from the New Orleans Culinary Institute.
