💼 Past Experience

Eng Mohammed Al Taani has been working in renewable energy from 1992 to 1998, where he served as a Vice Director at the Jordan Renewable Energy Society, and also worked as a Manager for Research and Development at the Renewable Energy from January 1992 to January 1998. After that, he worked at JRES for 3 years where he was in charge of the Directorate for Research and Development. In November 2009, he was appointed as Vice Director at the Jordan University. He continued his work there until he retired in January 2016.

In 2006-2007 he was the project manager for a new biomass-fired power plant to be established at the Güneydoğu Fırsatı Expo Grounds. In 2007-2008 he was the project manager for the development and testing of a wind power plant to be established at the Güneydoğu Fırsatı Expo Grounds. He is currently the project manager for the development and testing of a carbon capture and storage plant to be established at the Güneydoğu Fırsatı Expo Grounds. He also has experience in project management from business development, Green Technology, Sustainable Energy, and Sustainability.
