The first considered implementation of operational risk management framework in one of the Polish banks. My responsibilities included creating risk management tools such as heat maps, Key Risk Indicators, Risk Control and Self-Assessment and guidelines for data collection and storage. Moreover, I was conducting workshops and presentations as well as taking part in meetings with the client.
The second project considered implementation of IRB approach in credit risk in a mortgage bank. I was responsible for co-creating rating spreadsheets for specialized lending. From July 2009 to January 2010 (7 months) Intern in Financial Services Indutry Group @ I was an intern in Financial Services Group. My main project was concerning market entry of a new private bank. I was responsible for mapping internal bank processes connected with client services. Moreover, I took part in designing call center functionalities and creating roles and responsibilities of particular bank divisions. Other than that I was engaged in creating presentations for various projects and proposals concerning post – merger integration, retail processes improvement and new IT systems implementations. From October 2008 to December 2008 (3 months) Intern in Financial Services Group @ I took part in Becoming Trusted Advisor program which included working in various groups within one business line. In my case it was Financial Services. I was engaged in projects from Advisory and Tax. My main project was mortgage process review. I was responsible for creating maps of current and improved processes as well as direct interaction with the client. The second project was concerning assessing compliance of internal operational risk management processes with Polish and international regulatory requirements and best market practices in scope of Advanced Measurement Approach implementation. From August 2008 to September 2008 (2 months) Deloitte's Representative at Warsaw School of Economics @ I was Deloitte representative at Warsaw School of Economics. My main responsibilities included creating and conducting promotional campaign for Deloitte. The aim was to present the company as a good employer. I also had to establish relations with student organizations and administration of the university. I conducted the whole variety of events promoting different departments and contests organized by the company. They included specialized lectures, workshops and meetings with Deloitte’s employees. From June 2007 to May 2008 (1 year) Ceeder in India @ I took part in internal exchange program in AIESEC called CEED: Cultural Envoy for Exchange Development. I spent 2,5 months in Pune, India. My main responsibility was to prepare recruitment and induction process for the local chapter. The task was particularly difficult because I had to cooperate in very different cultural environment with people I had not known before. Moreover, we had to pick 60 members out of more than 600 applicants. The whole program was very challenging but it helped me to learn how to work in trully international team and be as flexible as possible. From June 2007 to September 2007 (4 months) Marketing Communication Vice-President @ I was responsible for Marketing Communication in project Brand It Up. The scope of the project embraced preparing trainings for students and organising contest for people from whole Poland. As the project was related to PR and Marketing issues the main task was to create proper marketing strategy for chosen product. We prepared the project with cooperation of professionals such as Publicis (international advertising agency) and K2 (Polish interactive agency). My responsibility was to prepare promotion plan for the project and implement it. I had to create everything from promotional materials (posters, multimedia presentations, brochures), Internet site, Promotion Tour in main cities in Poland to cooperation with media. Moreover, I was responsible for maintaing business relations with our partners and fundraising. From May 2006 to May 2007 (1 year 1 month) Organizing Committee President @ I was a leader in the team responsible for preparing recruitment and induction in our local committee in Warsaw. We were responsible for promotional campaign, organizing interviews and assessment center as well as finding a venue for conference for more than 100 people. My main responsibility was to coordinate the work of other team members and taking care of the venue. From August 2006 to November 2006 (4 months) Organizing Committee Member in project devoted to Entrepreneurship @ As members of AIESEC we prepared contest for the best business plans. Our target group were students from whole Poland. We tightly cooperated with professional companies such as PZU Group (main insurance company in Poland) and Expander (main financial advisory company in Poland). I was responsible for cooperation with media and preparing conference for 60 people from whole Poland. From October 2005 to May 2006 (8 months)
