Planned/Designed/Executed moving the global headquarters (600 users) to a brand new campus location, which included working with landlords, architects, contractors, and technology partners to ensure meeting deadlines and budgets. Built out the infrastructure staff globally to manage office and retail locations across the globe. Managed Helpdesk Operations, Disaster Recovery/High Availability Planning, Change Control Processes, Backup Systems, Training Programs, PCI compliance, and shopper analytics for retail stores.
