ABOUT THE PERSON WHO IS ELLA FORBES: A survivor. A guide of personal development & a well being practitioner. I am passionate about improving community safety for all people. I am a Pacifist & encourage all others to be peaceful. I am all about truth, kindness, honesty, and fairness. I am dedicated to making national improvements in accountability & procedures across policing, justice & ethics; to reform systems for taking statements then arresting & charging sexual predators. Those targeted for harm deserve better support & advocacy. I care for the oppressed & their recovery from third-party trauma. I strive to restore what is good, equitable and fair. I am a project builder. I love to do private study in the area of science. I design product solutions for needs as they arise. All my life I say "no" to drugs and prostitution, illicit drugs, gender-led abuse, and organized crime - speaking as an AFP employee at the International In Policing Conference in Canberra 2002, on my commitment to better protect children, women, & the meek. I support "marriage first", fidelity, one life partner, the family group & the safe secure home base. I maintain organic & clean environments, & protect flora, fauna, people, heritage preservation, & culture. I am also an artist, academic, & I advocate for what is real & good. I respect multiculturalism & I support Aboriginal culture restoration. I support the building of aware, enriched, & anti-corrupt communities. Life is a journey of development and gratitude. My goal in life is to teach others values & virtues of integrity, goodness & compassion. I encourage everyone to maintain their body & mind every day. I strive to learn something every day. (Note: In 2011 I was pressed to change my name in need to protect my safety, from cronies of a certain Tasmanian who now alleged me a look-alike of Daisy of Denmark. For what personal gain has MD & her cronies acted so mean to me? MD has gained undue power & influence.)Advocacy: Literature & Social Culture & Research Professional, Ethics Coach, Designer and Writer @ Analysis and Reporting on Contemporary Issues: * science of light, water and refraction * social topics * b2b advice * business consulting * political science * entrepreneurial concepts Product Designing: * dairy and other food ideas * sea wall blocks * city garden products * DesignFix TM (reg. 2008) Author of Book (drafts) - various topics. * autobiography * holistic health and healing * business consulting * (previous) ceramics teaching * literature study to explore the spread of political perceptions and agendas: Existing elements of interest are culture, prejudice & politics, as motives for teaching gender inequality, sadly an ongoing trend limiting the career, life-path, and social success of many women. (An investigative hobby, to explore the content of local gossip from some decades of third-party suggestions): exploration very new information led from QUT staff, on the alleged real-life play of folk tales (from the late 1960s between Sandinavia, United Kingdom, & Australian), on the topic of 'deception' & 'identity theft' (e.g. swapping a peasant with a royal). Mention was made of Miguel de Cervantes, as in 'Lucinda' and 'Don Quixote' (as per public gossip in NSW from 1970-2012, and in Queensland from 2012). Shaping society: in light of political tactics informers have mentioned '1984' by George Orwell; 'Wizard of Oz' (screening at the Sydney Opera House 1973-5); 'The Changeling'; 'Pride and Prejudice'; the 'The Little Prince' by Antoine De Saint-Exupery; 'The Ugly Duckling'; with additional references to Hans Christian Anderson's story 'The Emperor's New Clothes'. Work also looks at literary review of children's & other stories as motivation for political ideas (e.g. comments by Tom Rogers 2005 discussing multi-decade 'Cold War' action); when people mimic activity of the 'cookoo' bird, family is lost. A related topic is mooted through concepts of the books: 'The Royal Switch' & 'Bright Lights" by HRH Sarah Mountbatten-Windsor (Duchess of York). From 2015 to Present (less than a year) Brisbane, AustraliaTeacher: all year levels, teacher professional development, cross-curricular courses, special groups @ Current Approval for Supply Teaching in Queensland across: Special Education - Early Child Care - Primary - Secondary All-rounder well experienced for: 'developing education leaders'; Careers Advising; Business Studies; Professional Development; Reviews of School Plans; development of Special Projects; Canteen reviews; Curriculum planning and supervision; 'excellence in education'; tailoring education programs for student, staff and special needs; exp. overseas teacher 'ambassador' representing Australia. Dedication to providing positive thinking coaching methods to all students, staff and the general school community. Coaching to skills of learning through participation and the development of student mentors and teaching gratitude. Flexibility across the curriculum and deliver to all ages, with a specialty in cross-curricular creative projects and building personal responsibility. My skills include developing talented student, art therapy, mobility & body/mind awareness, health education, voice/singing/public speaking, personal development/tailored career development, leadership coaching (all ages), choice theory/trauma recovery, and more. From 2013 to Present (2 years) Brisbane, AustraliaPublic Speaking - Consultant - Facilitator - Researcher - Writer - Speechcraft @ Public Speaking. Leadership Skills for Women. Self-Esteem coaching for women. Advocacy and Independent Research into the improved welfare and treatment of women within Australia. Mentor of positive thinking, motivation, personal development, ethics, and resilience. Women are very capable.Women deserve equality in education, opportunity, employment and pay. We must strive for removal of the 'glass ceiling'. We must have more women in senior roles. I support education programs for community groups, to better assist support the disadvantaged and those financially or otherwise trapped by disadvantage. Winner of public speaking 'speechcraft' competitions with Toastmaster ('Emmanuel' club at Edgecliff, a Jewish and community forum), and 'humorous' speech winner. Between the 1970's and 2010 Lucinda also wrote poetry and music composition, adding as suitable illustrations and photography to enhance her leadership presentations. From June 2010 to Present (5 years 7 months) Awareness, Advocacy and Research - for the public good @ I am an ex-AFP employee raising awareness of our national cultural issues. I started my work in the 1980s, unfortunately as a child and teenage (victim). At the International Women In Policing Conference (Canberra 2002) I spoke my pledge to help other victims. I was than a trainer of Executive Leadership, as Coordinator Professional Development at the Australian Institute of Police Management, and Deputy to the Director. In my role I was directly active in Australasian Police, Fire, Corrections and other government post-graduate training, and assisting future direction at all levels of government. However, some colleagues worked against me. There I was an 'un-sworn' AFP academic employee and education adviser at www.aipm.gov.au Before that I was an art teacher, teacher ambassador, teacher trainer and I led student leadership training. I have significant experience working to community groups, as a volunteer. I ethically assist women and victims of violence (and victims of crime), to have a voice. Networking with others who seek change (work for improving support) to overcome the poor status of women in Australia. The legal system does not protect the victim and is biased against victims. Sadly our culture and deficit of appropriate service responses seem to condone crimes to women. Speaker and motivational coach for people who are targeted by systemic-led injustice. Leadership in the empowerment of good morals, fair treatment, & daily safety & resources for living peacefully & with choices. I carer for others who are short-changed by politically-led coverups. I am shocked by the terrible national DV problem. There is just not adequate or timely services, or funds provided, or pre-incident support. We need a national inquiry and a parliament to set a Domestic Violence Act. As a nation we need to address cultural values towards women, & a solution may be to adopt the NORDIC MODEL of legislation towards prostitution, that is to make it a criminal act to buy sex. From 2002 to Present (13 years) Brisbane, AustraliaProfessional Artist and Photographer (previous name change by deed poll July 2011) @ Art making has always been a part of my life. Making a visual response to life is what I do, as like a news illustrator sketches images for print. Works are in private collections and in storage in NSW ('somewhere' are vast holdings of my work). Initial artworks were of all of nature, encyclopedias & story books. There was no electricity in the home or television. Before art electives at school art making was self-directed with imagery sourced from antique illustrated books & nature. At school an interest was developed in enlarging the mircoscopic, such as cell mitochondria. Colour was a feature. Skills were gained to colour-mix paint hues without ever again using black. An early technique was pointillism. Arthur Boyd (artist) showed interest in my work in the early 1980s, in Nowra. Interest emerged for portraiture, analyzing visual biometrics. I am different in appearance to the Bartram family who brought me to Australia in the early 1970s. An interest emerged to try understand why? I categorize works between super-realism, pattern-work & stylized design. My skills were developed in all art forms, especially illustration, painting, photography, graphics/ printing, textiles/applique/embroidery, ceramics, sculpture, set & visual design, & much more. In 2006, after DNA forensic presentations in my AFP workplace at the AFP, I became interested again in facial biometrics; inherited personality traits;the Epigenetic aspects of PSTD post-traumatic stress disorder of the victims of crime & trauma; then how toxic environmental agents / toxic personality-types in society impact health. I developed art therapy workshops to assist those in need of recovery, using art as a tool to un-stress. What started as a passion for art & science evolved into works looking at core themes (from 1981 till today) of chromosomes, family heritage, neurons/memory/talents/genetic codes, fertility & the human tree of life, sociology, connection to nature, nurturing, fertility & 'motherhood'. From 1980 to Present (35 years) Sydney, Australiavarious day roles at Election Booths @ First employed in this capacity in 1995. Most recently worked for EOI: February 2015. From 1995 to 2015 (20 years) Independent Consultant to the Review @ With concern for the vexatious use of hearsay, to prevent carriage of malicious use and abuse of systemic processes, I proposed changes to the ACT. My contribution was to require provision of a signatures for informants to accept responsibility for their allegations about people nominated for mental assessment. This was a concern due to the sometimes improper use of the ACT for defamation and vilification / victimization by divorce or other partners, or estranged family, or any unscrupulous employer HR actions or insurance companies, etc. It was previously too easy and unaccountable for offender(s) of violence, defamation, and domestic violence to slur the character of an innocent target person (the PINOP). E.g. the crime of willful misuse of the Act. On 28 June 2013, the Honourable Lawrence Springborg MP, Minister for Health, announced a review of the Mental Health Act 2000. The appointed Director of the QLD review team was Paul Sheehy. From June 2013 to January 2014 (8 months) Brisbane, AustraliaSenior Course and Curriculum Coordinator, Learning and Teaching @ Extracts from the QUT reference issued 19th December 2012 (full-time fixed-term contract). From March 2012 to December 2012 (10 months) Graduate Lecturer in Art Education UNSW (in-school practicums) @ In 1989 Lucinda was noted in writing by UNSW COFA (by Coordinator Doug Walker, course in BEd) "with your commitment and professional approach you have exceeded the expectations of the internship ... evidence of your application and thoroughness"."Your project is well conceived and executed ... the project was sensitively developed and presented." This led to Lucinda soon being invited to train other teachers by: Doug Walker; Graeme Sullivan; and Kim Snepvangers. This adjunct role continued into 1999, until Lucinda entered a 'Master' role at Sydney Grammar School. This included her work in the 'Gateway' magazine in 1999, 2000 and 2001. Lucinda held a dedicated role in the training of teachers, mainly in the area of Visual Arts, commenced in 1991. This developed into a very steady pattern of the delivery of workshops in-conjunction with the University of Sydney, and University of Technology Sydney, and primarily with the College of Fine Arts (Paddington NSW). From this professional experience Lucinda was invited to the Board of the Art Education Society of NSW, and the Curriculum Corporation. Primary interviewing, business analysis and report production, including feasibility studies and the submission of material to private companies and state government. Ethic & women rights speaker. My method featured on the notion of 'switching on' or 'switching off' thought types, to consciously choose and select behaviour and responses to stimuli. This developed from my reading into the emerging science of brain and DNA 'Epigentics marker tags' that I had learned of at the AIPM, when an AFP employee. I developed a leadership training tool building upon level so of choice, this conceptualized in my lectures as a spiral of transformational change with a mid-way fulcrum in contrast to transactional black/white terms of dealing with recindivism and reform of social disorder. My prior work at the AIPM was to steer and support senior leaders. My personal business looked at the 'health of the business and the people', the flow-on to family structures, engagement with the community, available private or government services, diet and fitness, social language, and their relationships with colleagues and competitors. The aim was to minimize the incidence of leader burn-out, and any transfer of strain and trauma upon family (etc). From April 2006 to June 2010 (4 years 3 months) Primary Researcher - Innovator and Environmentalist @ Official registration of a 'discovery' was approved in the 'science' category of the Innovation Patents office of Australia. This work used photography to explore the refraction of light in sea water shallows, matching this to harnessing solar energy for a clean efficient renewable energy source and also improving agriculture. Work featured the behaviour of light at the single layer of water molecules at the interface between air and the water body. Density changes from ratio 1:800, causing a 'static' charge. In this study it was observed how molecules were a unit where energy could behave in a variety of ways including saturation, relaying or reflect light/EMF/heat, this observable to the eye in colour or other observable variation. This was compared to the teachings of Aboriginal elders and the shift of the 'rainbow serpent'. In 2008 support for a designated PhD study was unsuccessfully sought (though not obtained) from Wollongong Uni and UNSW from physics, 'photo-voltaic' and water research faculties. In 2010 other students were supported in this venture, with corporate funding. Also: - experienced working within culturally diverse settings - experienced working alongside Aboriginal Elders and Community Representatives - direct negotiation and facilitation experience involving cross-section of stakeholders From 2007 to 2010 (3 years) Sydney, AustraliaSole trader: Facilitation MURRA PROJECT Senior Project Consultant to Corporate Connexions @ Research and facilitator reviewing community-based initiatives, for project growth across NSW. My role was to document current practices and scope expansion of the program for satellite expansion across NSW. My specific research work and documentation was the scoping study presented to the NSW Premier Natasha Stot Despoja (politician Australian Democrats), via Wayne Deddon of 'CORPORATE CONNEXIONS'. Wayne, previously a NSW Police Superintendent, was twice my students at the Australian Institute of Police Management, at Manly NSW. From 1984 to 2006 (22 years) Learning Analyst @ Learning Advisor contract through human resource recruitment agency 'Manpower' (Brisbane), to client Vodafone on behalf of the Web Designing company IMPART. Tailored off-shore client work collapsed prior to day-one of the contract because the technical expansion to New Zealand and the international contract imploded through a funding embargo. The home was equipped with a vast library and sculpted gardens, including feature roses & array of Australian flowering natives. This personal home and guest space was advertised as eco-friendly. Initial advertising was to Public Safety & Emergency Services industry employees, & through online webpages. This beachside house was invited for listing in the 'Weekends for 2' magazine in 2004-2010 (based on inspection in 2004). The house is currently for sale. This project collapsed only due to trice covert spraying with pesticides & other 'nasties' such as organo-chlorides by local business competitors & other associates improper third-party action. Attempts to re-launch the project in 2007 & 2010 where interrupted, by that same local activity. Without her consent, in 2005, 2007 & 2010 the house was entered & dosed by third-party persons with no authority for pesticide usage. Certain political-linked local persons deliberately caused her health, business venture & finances to tumble. Recent FOI data reveals the house was purchased in 2003 using Lucinda's life savings & name for a loan, yet not the personal signature or address of Lucinda. The house was taken-over by locals in similar manner in Oct 2005 & requiring Lucinda to find an alternate personal residency solution. After many years of non-response/ non-support from agencies, in April 2005 suppressed administrative material was finally released, some twelve years after the certain third-party persons led such set-up. Analysis and Reporting on Contemporary Issues: * science of light, water and refraction * social topics * b2b advice * business consulting * political science * entrepreneurial concepts Product Designing: * dairy and other food ideas * sea wall blocks * city garden products * DesignFix TM (reg.
