BackgroundBorn and raised in Upstate New York, Elizabeth Blau moved to Las Vegas in 2002 to pursue a career in restaurant development and marketing. Shortly after moving to Las Vegas, she began her professional journey as an executive vice president at Wynn Las Vegas, responsible for a wide range of restaurant projects. During her time at Wynn Las Vegas, Elizabeth helped to create and designs some of the city’s most iconic venues, such as The Encore and Hard Rock Hotel. Additionally, she was an advisor at Viv Magazine, working on both editorial and marketing content.After two years of working at Wynn Las Vegas, Elizabeth returned to upstate New York to take on the role of owner of Honey Salt, a restaurant located in the charming town of Onondaga. Honey Salt quickly gained a loyal following amongst locals and visitors alike, and Elizabeth continues to manage and oversee the restaurant’s operations, ensuring that it remains a shining shone example of the growth and success of her business.
