In this role I was mainly analyzing the support cases and fixing product defects, and also implementing enhancements required by our customers. From January 2007 to August 2007 (8 months) Product Manager - Application Security on Cloud @ IBM IBM Application Security on Cloud Product Manager• I led the creation and launch of the new Application Security on Cloud service in the IBM Cloud.• I met with clients, analysts and business partners to help form the market profile for the service. • I worked with the development team on their deliveries, defined stories, built a road-map and made sure to adjust priorities to meet customer and market demands, when those changed.• I worked hand in hand with the marketing team to build the IBM AppSec on Cloud message, I delivered several customer facing presentations, webinars, sales enablement, participated in conferences and written blogs on application security. • I worked with different groups in IBM to develop and evolve our offering, including pricing, legal, sales, project management, design and of course development. From April 2014 to August 2016 (2 years 5 months) Herzliya, Tel Aviv District, IsraelIBM Security AppScan L3 Lead @ IBM - I lead a team of 3 developers that help our AppScan Standard and Enterprise customers resolve product issues that are beyond the capabilities of our second level support engineers. These issues usually are either related to advanced configurations or defects in our products, in which case we issue fixes.- I am in charge of AppScan Standard Fix Packs (and iFixes) - working with QA, development and PM to decide what goes into the fix pack in order to make sure it will always perform better than current GA and more stable.- Since the beginning of 2013 I have also became IBM Security L3 brand lead. At this role I am the representative of all the security L3 groups in the IBM Level 3 council meetings. I am holding a bi-weekly meetings with the other L3 leads in the security brand in which we raise and solve L3 related issues, and I am being contacted by L3 teams from the brand when they need assistance or guidance. From January 2009 to April 2014 (5 years 4 months) IsraelLevel 3 Engineer @ IBM Analyzing complex support cases and fixing product defects.Developing product extension to add capabilities to AppScan Standard. Massachusetts, United StatesSenior Product Manager - Application Security on Cloud @ IBM IBM Application Security on Cloud Senior Product Manager• I am responsible for the strategy and for leading the development of IBM Application Security on Cloud.• I am working with the development leads to define but also to align on the strategy plans we have for the service, to track progress and resolve any pending issues.• I lead the creation of the service quarterly business plans, which involves anything from development goals, through sales and marketing plans to meet business objectives and present those to the executive level.• I work closely with sales to build sales plans, define discount levels, deliver multiple sales training and participates in many customer sales call and PoCs.• I meet clients, analysts and business partners to present our current position and also to show and vet our plans for the future of the service. • I work hand in hand with marketing to build the IBM AppSec on Cloud message, I delivered several customer facing presentations, webinars, written blogs and participated in conferences and panels with other security experts. • I participate in bi-weekly calls with our technical sellers and often meet with our support engineers to learn first hand on any issue coming in pre-sale or post-sale activity and to present latest and future deliveries.
