In my capacity I am responsible for day to day manufacturing requirements. I oversee stamping activities as well as purchasing, receiving and shipping departments. I work closely with other departments in the company such as Quality Assurance and Accounting. We strive for continual improvements using various Lean Manufacturing techniques.
I am the key contact for several of our customers, including one of the top 5 accounts. Our improvement efforts led to 100% on-time delivery and 0 DPPM. As a result we recently increased our contract with 30% for this customer.

Over the last 18 months I have successfully implemented a new ERP system which replaced an archaic system from the late 80's. This equipment is used to print expiration dates, batch numbers, etc. on mass-produced products.
As Account Manager, I was responsible for maintaining key accounts and developing new prospects. My tasks included advising customers on suitable coding equipment and ensuring that the chosen equipment was installed properly in their production plants. This position required both sales and technical skills. From April 2000 to March 2003 (3 years) Sales Engineer @ Rubitech produces high quality aluminum pressure die castings. The castings are produced in foundries in Malaysia, China and Romania.
As Sales Engineer, I was responsible for our customers based in Great Britain. The tasks included changing product designs into castable products (using Solid Works), making a workable timetable for foundries and customers and solving various mold problems.
