Within 30 days implemented a plan that fixed the issues being faced by the marketing organization. Currently managing multiple CMS (drupal), online, social, CRM(SalesForce), demand generation and mobile projects for the residential marketing side of the company. From 2011 to 2013 (2 years) Mountain View, CAProgram Manager (consultant to Global Marketing Team) @ Role started in 2007 with creating the business case, marketing roll-out and operations of Cisco's consumer text messaging marketing platform. The role grew to include building out the requirements and leading the roll-out/operations of all of the company's mobile capabilities including web, apps, video, search and advertising.
In 2010 developed the requirements and marketing efforts for the "CISCO" corporate marketing iPhone app that has been downloaded by over 500K users worldwide. Also lead the roll out of a mobile formatted Cisco technical support community site and a mobile search capability that allowed users via Cisco apps or mobile site to search all of support/communities/blogs/videos/product documentation/etc.
In 2011 lead the strategy and business operations for the company’s internal sales enablement iPhone app that was rolled out corporate wide.
