💼 Past Experience

ED Shail has over 15 years of experience in the development and sales of building automation, data center solutions, and smart city solutions. He has a background in account controller and service operations supervisor, and has experience with managing customer relationships, sales and business development. After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Connecticut, Shail worked as a sales representative for a building automation company for three years. He then joined EnCON, a building automation company, for one year as a technical buyer. There, he developed a new division to expand and diversify Encon’s offerings and prospected and proposed mechanical, automation, and energy solutions to current and new customers. He currently owns and operates his own business, Honeywell Building Solutions, which specializes in providing business consulting in the commercial funded energy retrofit market.
