From Jan 1990- Dec 1999 at The Sayson Group ( danville, CA), Ed led the Talent Acquisition Directorate, which comprised of a dozen managers responsible for the placement of over 2,000 employees. From November 2005- June 2006 at Kaiser Permanente, Ed was responsible for the Talent Acquisition Directorate responsible for conducting national and international recruitment for Kaiser Permanente. Additionally, from March 2017- June 2017 at Ascend Clinical in Redwood City, CA, Ed served as Corporate Account Manager for the company. From February 2009- January 2015 at BrightStar Care in San Francisco Peninsula, Ed was responsible for the Talent Acquisition Director position. Lastly, from January 2000- June 2001 at ARC Document Solutions in San Ramon, CA, Ed was the Head of Talent Acquisition. There Ed led a team of managers responsible for the placement of over 2,000 employees. Additionally, from June 2006- March 2008 at Ooma, Inc. Ed was responsible for the Talent Acquisition Directorate responsible for conducting national and international recruitment for Ooma.
