Originally born and educated in Edinburgh, Scotland, Duncan is Honors and Master's Degree qualified. With years of management experience working in London, he relocated to join Finite in Sydney, Australia, in 2002 at a very exciting period of Finite's growth. Since then, Finite has grown considerably through a mixture of organic growth and acquisition, and now comprises of a Group of companies with a network of seven offices across ANZ. FinXL IT Professional Services was established in 2003; FinXEC IT Executive Recruitment in 2006; Finite Group NZ in 2014; and XL digital, a specialist division of FinXL in 2015. Today, our four brands, Finite IT Recruitment, FinXL IT Professional Services, FinXEC IT Executive Recruitment and XL digital make up The Finite Group. Duncan continues to manage the operational side of the Group, maintaining a very hands-on role in the day to day running of the business, with the support of a very talented team. The Finite Group has achieved many industry awards and accolades over the years, including two ABA 100 Australian Business Awards in 2015 for Enterprise (Finite) and Service Excellence (FinXL). The Group continues to evolve and develop rapidly. Duncan was inducted as an ITCRA Life Member at the 2015 ITCRA Gala Dinner held in Sydney on 29th October amongst 250 industry peers - a great honour!
