Dr Louise Mahler is a Doctor of Music with a Bachelor of Music degree from RMIT University. She has also completed study at Griffith University and the Australian Music Examinations Board. After completing her studies, she worked as a music teacher before succumbing to an illness that forced her to retire from the teaching profession. It was when she was recuperating from her illness that she decided to come work as a research scientist at the University of Queensland. Since then, she has continued to work as a research scientist, making use of her knowledge in the field of musicology to focus on her current research project.Dr Mahler is highly dedicated to her research and is extremely committed to the sharing of her findings with the music community. She is a highly innovative thinker and has a strong understanding of the musical process. She is also extensively background checked and has passed a number of tests in order to ensure her research potential is high. Her research projects are always worry-free and aimed at providing new insights into the understanding of the music industry and its various components. In addition to her research, she is also an excellent lecturer and has a wealth of knowledge to share. She is fearsome at presenting her research results and always remains open to feedback. Overall, she is an outstanding researcher and an impressive stronghold in the music community.
