I work on Big Data Analytics challenges in the domain of IT infrastructure data, IoT data, Industrial Data, and machine log data, etc. Our goal is to:

I use advanced statistical learning and data mining techniques to learn about a business' IT systems behavior over time. We use advanced text analytics for insights from structured and unstructured data sources (service tickets, performance metrics and support documents), and develop custom machine learning, data mining, and time series algorithms to make predictions.
