Dr Nakhle has a variety of experience in exercise science and health promotion, having studied at the University of Surrey. After completing her undergraduate studies at the University of Surrey, she attended the University of Saint Joseph de Beyrouth, where she obtained a Master's degree in Exercise Science.Dr Nakhle has been working as a research associate at the University of Sheffield for the past five years. She has worked on a number of research projects, which have included investigating the effects of physical activity on general health and wellbeing, combating some of the leading causes of mortality, and improving exercise methodology.Dr Nakhle is a highly experienced and confident teacher, having taught exercise science and health promotion at the undergraduate and postgraduate level. She has been extensively involved in facility development and supervisory roles within the gym and fitness industry, and has developed curriculum to relevance for a range of beginners and experienced exercisers.Dr Nakhle has always been a passionate and dedicated teacher, who has a deep understanding of her students' needs and wants. She is happy to share her knowledge and skills with her students, and is always ready to assist in any way she can. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.
