Technical Program Manager @ From December 2015 to Present (1 month) Greater Seattle AreaSoftware Engineer @ As a software engineer at Minisoft, I was influential in expanding internal processes and efficiencies. Additionally, I lead the redesign of the corporate website and the addition of a support website, engineered to host reference material to enable clients to self-diagnose issues. This involved implementing a modern, responsive design as well as writing and migrating internal documentation.
I developed the front-end of web applications in support of the company’s forms and label automation tool, eFORMz.
I also aided the marketing team with design work, email marketing, technical video production and pre-sales support. From August 2014 to November 2015 (1 year 4 months) .NET Developer @ Prior to joining Intuli, the extent of my programming exposure was a basic geocities website with obnoxious marquees and autoplaying mp3s in the early 2000s.
Intuli harvests and delivers clean data to high profile clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
Intuli needed a driven employee who was willing to learn anything. Telecommuting, I thrived in the self-driven environment. Visual Basic and Visual Studio were great tools to learn with and provided a foundation for my programming knowledge. After a year of writing hundreds of harvesting applications and gaining a robust knowledge of regular expressions, I oversaw a project delivering time sensitive datasets to a key client. Later, when the client was undergoing personnel changes, my knowledge of the project allowed for uninterrupted service of the account.
When needed, I aided the sales team with creating functional proof of concepts outputting cleaned datasets with short time frames for project completion. During my last months, I lead a project documenting our corporate .Net libraries and developed training documents. From June 2012 to July 2014 (2 years 2 months) Web Administrator @ I maintained the student paper's web content and ensured branding continuity across platforms. From January 2010 to May 2012 (2 years 5 months) Resident Assistant @ I was responsible for applying university rules in a dorm full of peers. As an event planning team member, I coordinated supplies and personnel for dorm-wide events. From August 2009 to May 2012 (2 years 10 months)
