Most recently, I was COO at Momentis Property Group a company setup to manage the assets acquired in foreclosure of a South Florida developer. In this role I experienced many of the challenges that one can encounter in a real estate transaction. Prior to that I was a consultant with Cerberus Operations and Advisory Company where I performed due diligence and transition management of companies being acquired by Cerberus Capital Management. Leading up to my years at Cerberus, I was a global Investment Banker having worked for Montgomery Street Financial (startup Investment Bank), Bank of America and Citibank. In my role as Investment Banker, I was responsible for closing in excess of $7 billion of transactions with clients around the world. I have a proven track record of generating revenues, developing focused marketing strategies and strengthening relationships with clients and stakeholders. My specialties include growth management and problem solving. I have been involved in the real estate world as an investor and developer throughout my career.
