Doug Diekmann’s experience in banking comes from his time as a Loan Officer at CDC Small Business Finance from 1995-2002. In this role, he was responsible for providing experience related to small business loans and working with borrowers in a variety of industries. Doug has also worked as a Vice President at Am Pac TriState CDC from November 2011 to January 2021. This position was AVP at Community Bank from June 2003 to February 2009, and later as Vice President.
