As recruitment assistant, I play a supportive role in the recruitment team. I am responsible for planning and organising interviews and managing the interview processes, in which I act as the point of contact for candidates and all internal departments. I post and manage the vacancies on our website and relevant job boards, I organise and conduct test meetings both national and international, and I actively participate in national and international recruitment events. Furthermore I am responsible for all recruitment related administrative tasks and I act in a supporting role to contribute to the efficiency of the recruitment team by, among other things, assist in organising and planning recruitment events and both national and international (test) meetings and interview sessions. From June 2015 to Present (7 months) Amsterdam Area, NetherlandsRelationship Manager @ De Nieuwe Poort is a social enterprise located in the business centre of Amsterdam, Zuidas. De Nieuwe Poort is a house for inspiration and reflection offering interesting programming for a wide variety of tastes. As a relationship manager, I was primarly responsible for professionalising and commercialising the relationship management of the foundation. I colligate the different relations of De Nieuwe Poort and link needs to the activities and programming of De Nieuwe Poort. I drew attention to the foundation by talking to differerent organisations, visit network drinks and attend official occasions, all with the aim of establishing new relations and raise funds. The job offered me the opportunity of managing the relations, coordinating the entire recruitment process, organising selection days and consulting my clients on recruitment strategy and employer branding. SPARQ offers solutions on strategic and operational level focussing on telephone and front offices, facility service desks and hostess services. As intercedent, I managed the entire temping process from acquisition of clients and assignments to the placement of (temporary) workers. I focussed on questions and solutions with respect to the visit experience of our clients in which I aimed to assist our clients on a strategic and operational level. In addition, I was responsible for finding, interviewing and selecting adequite candidates for all vacancies as well. From March 2012 to July 2013 (1 year 5 months) Amsterdam Area, NetherlandsManagement trainee in Account Management @ Spant! is a theater located in Bussum. Besides a wide range of culture related activities, there are unlimited opportunities for congresses and events. Spant! offers a podium for all sorts of meetings: from a private gathering in an exclusive board room to large national events for large companies as Coca Cola and McDonald's. As a trainee at the congresses & events department of Spant! in Bussum, I assisted the three account managers in the exploitation of the building in an efficient way.
