Don Wood's schooling and career path began in1990 when he completed his MBA from Wake Forest University. He then went on to obtain his BS, Accounting from Bob Jones University. Don has since made a name for himself as a business and accounting expert, having currently worked as an accountant for over 20 years. His experience and knowledge has earned him a following of admirers and detractors alike, few of which realize that he has a background in business and accounting education.Don Wood's education and professional journey began with his exposure to the business world. When he was just 20, he began working as an accountant for a local business. After 4 years, he relocated to a larger and more prestigious company. In this time, he rose through the corporate ranks, Eventually becoming director of accounting. As director, he led the company to new levels of achievement and grew to be one of the largest accounting firms in the nation.But this was only the beginning of Don Wood's journey in business. For the next 20 years, he continued to enjoy a successful career in accounting. He worked in a wide variety of roles, many of which were Shapiro and Reynolds. In each of these positions, he helped lead his company to even greater success.But there was one role that Don Wood genuinely enjoyed and enjoyed helping others in. He began working as an instructor at Bob Jones University. As an instructor, he would teach accounting and finance courses to students of all levels.Don Wood's experiences as an instructor and lecturer have given him a wealth of knowledge and insight that he can use to help his students achieve their dreams. And his students have apprecciated his guidance and support.Don Wood is a retired accountant, and his only dream is to continue giving back to the community through his teaching and chaning lessons.Don Wood is an accomplished business and accounting expert, having spent over 20 years working in the field. Don Wood completed his undergraduate education at Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Plymounth, Minnesota, where he earned a B.A. in theology in 2006. From 2006-2013, Don Woods was a Board of Directors at Central Baptist Theological Seminary in Dunkirk, NY. As a Hub Manager at Cott Beverages, Don Wood led transportation, production planning, and materials management. Additionally, Don Wood was responsible for the Sales & Operations Planning process (design & implementation), and led the Sales & Operations Planning processes (design & implementation). From 2013-2016, Don Woods was a Regional Supply Chain Director at Univar Solutions in Bedford Park, IL. Don Wood was also instrumental in the organization and implementation of JDE's ERP and Advanced Planning & Scheduling system. In 2016, Basf Catalysts LLC acquired Don Wood. As a Supply Chain Productivity Leader, Don Wood expanded the scope of supply chain to procurement, scheduling, shipping and inventory management. In 2018, Don Wood was named Superintendent of International Paper - Arizona Chemical. As a superintendent, Don Wood is responsible for the sales & operations planning process at all plants, increased sales by 24%, and increased employee productivity by 10%.
