From April 2010 to August 2011 (1 year 5 months) Programme and Support Manager for HR and Financial Systems @ Manager Responsible for Operational Support and delivery of all HR and Finance projects. I managed an operational support team of 20 with responsibility for day to day support of all HR and Finance Systems based around the Oracle E Bus application. Over the 5 year period I implemented in excess of 20 projects. Highlights included migrating all core HR processes from disparate legacy systems to a common Oracle Ebus platform including I Recruitment to enable the opening of a shared service centre in Manchester. This was followed by an upgrade of Oracle E Bus to R12. Extensive use was made of the off-shore delivery model using third parties including Infosys From November 2005 to March 2010 (4 years 5 months) Programme manager for Payroll Migration @ Programme Manager responsible for the migration of 4 legacy payrolls paying in excess of 150,000 colleagues. The programme included significant business process change with the payroll being migrated to a managed service. The programme was delivered on time and to budget with no significant post go live issues From November 2003 to October 2005 (2 years) Lead Consultant for Payroll and testing consultancy @ Lead Consultant and project manager responsible for providing Payroll consultancy and Test management capability to Accenture in support of their delivery of IT support service to Sainsbury’s From October 2000 to September 2003 (3 years) Business development Manager at CMG UK @ Responsible for business development of pre-configured Payroll and HR solutions. I covered the SME market in the UK and Ireland. From September 1999 to September 2000 (1 year 1 month) SAP Project Manager @ CMG Project manager responsible for the delivery of an SAP HR solution and a bespoke Share dealing system designed specifically to support the flotation of Telecom Eireann on the Irish and New York Stock Exchanges.
