Process Management & Transformation: Identifies process short-comings and work with others to improve or transform processes. Develop, improve and educate on tools used in area of control in alignment with corporate business needs, requirements or goals. From July 2013 to March 2014 (9 months) Finance Analyst - Cisco (AAP3) @ This was the EMEAR Service Delivery finance team role, which was a part of the Service Sales Finance organization. The role required providing general financial and accounting support for the Technical Services Business (around $140 million annual spending). The role was focused on being a key interface to: Cisco Sales Managers, Technical Services Finance team and HR. Maintaining regular meetings with Sales Management Team in order to provide meaningful and insightful support and analysis results. Ownership of the financial reporting, performing activities related to ‘the monthly reporting closing process’, “quarterly reporting” “New Financial Year planning” to enable the business to hit its goals, supporting them and assisting with providing input on ongoing budget, forecasting and annual planning activities within very strict deadlines time. From July 2012 to October 2012 (4 months) Senior Business Analyst - Process Governance @ This role was a SME role for a process improvement and maintenance of complex business related to sales processed and commission payments for the Cisco EMEAR Sales agents including maintaining and setting up sales hierarchy, accounts allocation and other sales related matters. I was working closely with cross functional groups to ensure that the high quality support service is being provided to Cisco stakeholders in process, finance and sales related matters within business operations. The role was focused on being a key interface between Sales Operation and Sales Managers, Sales Finance, Commission Governance, IT teams & HR departments. It was a leading role for a group of regional’s analysts, at the same time being a key point of contact between Europe and US sales support teams, in order to ensure, that “the best practice” is in place. Support in setting up Sales Agents Goal sheets in line with Company business rules, accordingly to available Compensation Plans in line with current Go to Market Strategy. Process mapping and projects planning support in order to improve the services. Follows defined validation processes and produces validated documents for all initiatives, providing trainings, explaining processes and procedures to company stakeholders From December 2009 to July 2012 (2 years 8 months) Business Analyst - Cisco Systems (AAP3) @ This role required owning process of revenue manual adjustments for Overlay team called Managed Services uplifts. Very specific detailed responsibilities included: • Communicating with stakeholders (Ops, Finance, Sales, and others as needed) in order to provide the status of the work. • Reporting on the progress of the work to manager and stakeholders, • Processing Adjustments in the Adjustments tool, Reporting changes using SAP Business Object tool, • Quality control checkups, • Documenting and improving process on ongoing basis, • Providing training on the Adjustments if necessary.
