I founded a non-profit organization, P3 Foundation aimed at giving young people the skills and opportunities to end extreme poverty in the Asia-Pacific region.

This has involved national awareness raising campaigns (Pay Fairtrade Forward), skill development exercises (Social Enterprise Competition), overseas representation (UN Millennium Development Goals Summit events) and speakers tour. We spent 10 weeks following cardio-thoracic surgeons, urologists, ophthalmologists and interventional radiologists in Narayana Hrudayalaya Hospital and Aravind Eye Centre in India. Identified a clinical niche for a medical device solution that is being developed at Harvard Labs. From May 2012 to August 2012 (4 months) Bengaluru Area, IndiaVice President (Communications) @ Founded and coordinated the One Harvard: Lectures that Last event. Bringing together 12 top professors from 12 of Harvard's graduate schools to 1 location for talks on their 1 breakthrough idea. This event was designed to enable cross-pollination of ideas. Formulated a report and provided recommendations to ADHB Executive Management and Board of Trustees. I was coordinating the launch of the National Media Event and Auckland Public Event. From February 2009 to September 2009 (8 months) Vice President @ New Zealand Medical Students' Association (NZMSA) is the peak representative body for medical students in New Zealand. I was elected on for four years where I saw this organization go from strength to strength. In my final year I became Vice President. I have developed numerous policies including one adopted by the national government to prevent doctor emigration in return for loan reimbursement, lead delegations representing New Zealand and coordinated conferences and aid delivery programs. From 2006 to 2009 (3 years) Founder @ Developed the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences' student research expo, with student researchers from across the health sector and year levels (undergraduate to postgraduate). From December 2006 to September 2007 (10 months) District 9920 Rotaract Representative @ Coordinated numerous clubs in the district, providing leadership training and social opportunities between clubs.
