Besides my regular consulting duties, I heavily supported office building and recruiting activities. I took part of several consulting engagements mostly focused on technology and strategy across Latin America.My experience in consultancy led me to identify and prioritize the independent software vendors (ISV) that Microsoft Azure should partner with, considering their growth potential and their alignment with Microsoft priorities in terms of industries and applications. I also took part of several consulting engagementsmostly focused on technology and strategy across Latin America that led me to develop my skills in digital transformation, customer journey design, cybersecurity, and go-to-market strategy. My experience also equipped me to take on tasks such as digital transformation and customer journey re-design, as well as cybersecurity, go-to-market strategy, and corporate development (M&A).In my experience at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), I took part of several prominent projects such as the development of the digital transformation strategy for a small media company in Peru and the development of a customer journey design strategy for a retail pharmacy in Peru. I was also a part of the team that formulated and implemented the company’s go-to-market strategy, as well as its implementation of lean operations and maintenance management. In addition, I was also responsible for sales and marketing activities at the organization.Based on my experiences, I believe that my skills and background can be invaluable to any organization. In 2016-2017, Diego Delgado was a member of the founding and start-up team of the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) Lima office. He was responsible for supporting office building and recruiting activities and also worked on digital transformation and customer journey design. The following year, Diego Delgado was a part of a Consulting Exploit Investigation Team that compiled data from customer websites in Peru during the virtual destruction campaign against the National Intelligence Agency. The team successfully penetrated the CIA website and gathered sensitive information. In 2018, Diego Delgado joined the Boston Consulting Group as a Senior Associate. There he took on various consulting engagements, primarily focused on technology and strategy across Latin America. Most notably, Diego Delgado played a role in developing and coordinating an Exploit Investigation Team that successfully penetrated the CIA website and gathered sensitive information during the virtual destruction campaign against the National Intelligence Agency.
