Director of Stewardship and Parish Relations @ Stewardship is a lifelong process integral to being a Disciple of Christ. "Place your gifts at the service of others" (1 Pt. 4:10) and in return experience the satisfaction of receiving more than you give. -Create a Diocesan-wide Stewardship program for all 90 parishes. -Act as the Advancement Foundation liaison to all parishes and pastors regarding Stewardship efforts. -Work collaboratively with Parishes to coordinate and oversee all parish campaigns. -Prepare and execute grant proposals to support Parish Campaigns. -Identify, train and oversee individual parish liaisons. -Prepare an annual Stewardship budget. Raising money for kids is our priority with a goal to give education foundations 1 billion dollars by 2025! -Interfacing with Non Profit Organizations (NPO’s) to promote the SSP fund raising program. -Manage current Account Executives, leading their training, development, and enabling them to hit their monthly sales goals. -Personal productivity as a sales agent, sourcing merchants from NPO’s and other avenues to enter into merchant agreements with SSP and/or its partners. -Any other functions normally performed by a management team member or as requested by the executive team or their designee.
