Responsibilities included dealing with team dependencies, technical risk, and functional priorities within each team, providing one-on-one mentorship for developers and training up developers to perform code reviews and write technical designs. Key Achievements: • Provided code review process and introduced design patterns to junior health development team so that features were finished with higher quality pass rates and was extensible for future requirements. The quality of features went from 93.3% to 97% with 40% less bugs in the first pass of feature development. Most of the metrics were non-existence until processes were introduced to capture metrics, allowing teams for self-awareness and brought attention to detail and understanding of requirements. • Stepped in to handle critical issues for a client by reviewing the business workflow and to identify gaps within it. Provided low risk impact changes that bridge between our technology and the clients workflow differences in the short term. I was able to co-ordinate the activities of all 5 teams as well as code review all the code that went into the project as well as develop. I drove daily stand ups and meeting with BAs and provided status to VPs on the project. From May 2010 to November 2011 (1 year 7 months) Application Developer @ Worked with architects and product management to develop a number product features over the course of three releases. Built Service Level Management, a key differentiator for Contact Management. Key Achievements: • Implemented features for the Wells Fargo project which enabled NexJ Systems to deliver integrated CRM functionality and go live with 20,000 users on Wells Fargo’s existing platform and currently has 35,000 user licenses with NexJ. From March 2008 to May 2010 (2 years 3 months) Application Programmer @ Independent developer that revised and re-coded an old application so that it would be compliant with new models of smartphones. Used the data that was collected from the application, created another application that allowed for configuration of graphs generated given the data points and also created an Emergency Recovery feature to reload all information into a new unit if the old units have been damaged. From August 2007 to January 2008 (6 months) Application Programmer @ Worked with several psychologists and designed an entire system using the Palm Treo to gather population data for a research paper. Responsibilities included technical design on the application, how the data was retrieved, setting up the data for analysis and tutorial of the program.
