What experience did you have working with people operations?I was a senior operations and technology manager at Google from January 2017 to May 2018. I was responsible for leading a 60- Bergeron-based team of global dispersed across many locations, including Program and Product Managers, Legal, Internal Audit, Recruiting, Software Engineers, developing new systems to replace previously manual and inefficient processes, and supporting many VP led organizations. I also led a significant business initiative that saved 100s of millions of dollars through the use of improved software, increased flexibility in staffing and recruitment, and the elimination of 100s of contractor jobs.What experience did you have with diversity and inclusion?I was a senior operations and technology manager at Google from December 2015 to January 2017. I was responsible for leading a team that implemented a new flexible/agile staffing and recruiting strategy to support large global hiring numbers, expand the Google brand, and continue to drive our top priority of finding the best candidates. I also became a fantastic mentor and Career Coach for Deloitte employees. I also participated in the Veterans Employee Resource Group (ERG), which is a group of senior Consultants led by Deloitte. I helped to create a new program change that improved overall organization performance, faster projects, and improved compliance with Department of Defense directives.What experience did you have with data management?I was a senior operations and technology manager at Google from August 2013 to September 2014. I was responsible for leading a team of 25 employees tasked with finding a solution to provide a streamlined and efficient process by which the Air Force can bring new HR IT systems to their personnel in the most cost-effective manner. I helped to bring together hundreds of personnel to begin the initial framework of building a new framework and project plan to execute a $100 million dollar project. I also was a member of the Executive Committee of Veteran and Diversity & Inclusion Employee Resource Group (ERG), which is a group of senior Consultants led by Deloitte. I was involved in dozens of meetings with various business leaders to build relationships with the business.

Dennis Richter has a Bachelor's degree, Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Thomas Edison State University in 2004. Dennis then spent four years studying at Florida State University where he earned his Master's degree in Criminal Justice. Dennis then moved on to Columbia Southern University to complete his doctoral degree in Criminal Justice. ample time and experience have prepared Dennis Richter for his current role as a detective with the New York City Police Department. Richter has dedicated many years of his life to the Police Department, most notably through his work as a Patrolman with the 506th precinct, where he held the rank of Sergeant. In addition to his work as a Sergeant, Dennis has also been a Detective with the 3233rd precinct, the NYPD's elite anti-corruption unit. It is this level of experience and dedication to the Police Department that has likely helped Dennis become a highly skilled detective.Already a veteran of the NYPD, Dennis has a wealth of experience and knowledge which he has used to great effect in his work as a detective. Dennis is highly observant and able to quickly identify patterns and symbols in crime scenes.
