Dennell Bustin holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of Pittsburgh in 2016. When she was just graduating, she accepted a position as a Business Consultant at LiveVoxIndustry of Telecommunications. After a few months on the job, she noticed that the company was looking for a new Solution Designer. Dennell quickly applied and was accepted.Since she started working at LiveVox, she has experienced a lot of changes. For one, the company has moved to a new headquarters. Dennell has also noticed that the company is taking a moreholistic attitude when it comes to employee management. She has also been a part of a Women in Tech Leadership Committee, which awarded her the prestigious “Merit Award” for her work on the committee.In her role as a Training Specialist, Dennell helps employees become specialists in their fields. She has also been responsible for developing course materials and introducing employees to new technologies. In her previous position, she was also responsible for managing the company’s budget.Throughout her work experiences, Dennell has had the opportunity to work with different companies. She has been a part of Companies that have gone through mergers and acquisitions, as well as companies that have been been liquidated. She has also been a part of companies that have been in successful businesses for several years.Dennell would say that her most impressive accomplishment at LiveVox has been her ability to work with different colleagues. She has been able to develop strong relationships with her co-workers and has been able to learn a lot from them. Dennell is also confident that she is able to turn any situatio into a success.

Dennell Bustin's education furthers her goals of being a successful businessperson and ensuring her workplace is a safe place. With a Master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Science from Everest College, Dennell will be able to provide her clients with information that can be used to mete out justice or resolve disputes. Her work also ensures that businesses are open and Conduct Business with Equal Justice.Since her education, Dennell has successfully worked in various positions in the criminal justice industry. She has held a variety of managerial and operational positions, including lead instructor for the sheriff’s bureau’s Crime squadron, managing associate firearms instructor for the Denver Broncos, firearms program coordinator for the Denver explosive detection unit, and inspection officer for the Denver nightlife industry. Dennell has also been an adjunct professor at Regis University for criminology and criminal justice coursework. This gives her the opportunity to engage with students of all levels to provide quality coursework that prepares her students for their professional goals.In her free time, Dennell enjoys spending time with her niece, going for walks in her neighborhood, and cooking meals for her and her niece. Dennell also enjoys reading and practicing law.
