The finished facility will include a high-tech classroom and four skills labs outfitted for hands-on training. It will also have a contemporary lounge for our customers to enjoy, as well as an exhibit hall and reception lobby. Linron’s classroom and skills labs will be fully-integrated with state-of-the-art A/V equipment, meaning that we can capture and live-stream educational activities to anywhere with an internet connection. Our facility is being exclusively designed with both medical and non-medical educational events in mind. In addition to our reputation for educational activity, there's much more to Linron Bioskills Training Institute than just hands-on training. We will also host corporate training events, and rent to those in need of research space. From December 2013 to July 2014 (8 months) Clinical Applications Specialist @ Clinical Application Specialist worked with Visual Evoked Potential technology and pattern ERG, to train staff and physicians on its proper and effective use to detect functional damage to the eye. • Managed 100+ sites in Texas, LA and OK. • Installed 4- 5+ devices per month • Coordinated didactic and hands-on training for installation of device (Enfant, NOVA-LX, TR and Pattern ERG), as well as facilitated discussions involving peer to peer review or case support with on-staff neuro-ophthalmologist. • Provide application instruction of staff and physicians on VEP and Pattern ERG technology and result interpretation. • Instruct as to the proper patient selection, coding and chart documentation. • Assisted sites with merging the technology effectively into their patient flow. • Took over a list of 51 pending sites that needed support following their initial purchase. • Successfully updated software to sites within my territory until backlog was completed. • Launched Pattern ERG software change to existing sites as well as covered new installations of PERG. • Coordinated dinner meetings with physicians or attended with District Manager (top sales in the company), to discuss the training/installation process and clinical side of VEP and ERG with potential or current clients • Travel 95-100% of the time.
