He then completed his MBA from California State University-San Bernardino in 1998. Dean Wegner has over twenty years of experience in the finance industry, having earned a few distinctions including being named a Managing Director of a Chapter at the American Banker's Association in 1996 and 1998. How did you become interested in fashion?I became interested in fashion when I was in college and I found out that high school bands and students in Minnesota wore t-shirts with my company's logo on it. I started thinking, "What if I started my own company just like that?" I spent a year starting my own company and it was a disaster. But my idea stuck and I kept going back to the idea. In 2013, I Leveraged my Deeper Knowledge and Expertise in the Military Dealer Industry to Enter thecommercial Market and Provide a Full Range of Cut and Sew Manufacturing Capabilities to Service Multiple Industries. About a year later, I established a Dress Shirt Production Line and an Assembly Division. At this point, I knew I could do it and I could do it better than anyone else.
