David Pickeral has a B.A. from the University of Virginia in 1984. He then moved on to pursue a Doctor of Law from George Mason University in 1993. He was later accepted into the McLean, Virginia, USA, Advanced Placement (AP) Program at James F. Cooper Intermediate School in 1978 and1980. There, he attained Second Place in the 1979 Lucy Fry China Scholarship Competition.After finishing his degree from George Mason University in 1996, David Pickeral move to McLean, Virginia, USA, to start his own legal practice. He finished his practice in 2001, and has been working in the legal field ever since. He has a strong eye for detail and continues to grow his legal knowledge.David has also been involved in many community organizations and has functioned as a Board Member for the Autism Society of Greater Washington since 1998. He is also the Program Chairperson for the Lawyer Development Institute at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
