Responsible for • Management of internal/external bid budgets and managing equity partnership costs and reporting structures. • Formulating high level bid win strategies. Leading design/construction/FM/ICT solutions including wholelife costs to meet/exceed client output specifications. • Ensuring flexibility of bid proposal throughout the bid process to meet changing needs of client/project. • Coordinating legal/financial inputs of bid submission including tier 1 supply chain members contracts and interface agreements • Bid submission writing, coordinating team submission, editing and agreeing submission format/design Again I was involved in the NOMS market Engagement process for the renewal of the non PFI Prisons framework providing assistance on the procurement options and attending one to one meetings to discuss proposals From April 2010 to Present (5 years 9 months) Development Leader @ The role comprised providing leadership to bid teams and strategic business and proposition development support to the Laing O’Rourke Business Units.
