In 1982, David Mc Lean started his working career at SeaQuest, Inc. as a Project Engineer. After three years with SeaQuest, he joined Amazon.com as a Technical Product Program Manager. From there he moved to Altia, Inc. as the Founder, CEO and Senior Partner of Lean Channel Management. From there he began the process of creating Etailytics.com which became a leading human resources tool company. After Microsoft's acquisition of Etailytics in 2006, David Mc Lean was moved to the lead product manager for Human Resources Systems and Solutions. He continued to lead that product line until Microsoft's sale to Amazon.com in 2018.
