From the Maze ofmiddlemanMy name is David Klein and I am a Senior Manager at CDW from August 2015 to January 2017. I led the HR function of CDW's International business unit which included management of the HR department for CDW Canada and CDW UK. I also lead the strategic development of new product attached services, generating over $30 million in new revenues. My responsibilities also included developing HR policies and procedures, as well asImplementing, managing and driving employee retention programs. Additionally, I was responsible for the strategy and architecture of Motorola's global customerfacing Learning Management System. I have also been responsible for the management and development of Human Resources at CDW from January 2011 to July 2013 and from January 2009 to January 2011. I am also a senior technology solutions manager at CDW from January 2009 to January 2011. In my most recent role, I am responsible for optimizing HR Technology platforms to drive and support integrated Talent Management initiatives.Overall, my experience at CDW has been very fruitful in terms of helping me develop the skills and abilities I need to be successful in my future career endeavors.
