David Kiger's Education:David Kiger has a B.A. from the University of Alabama in 1981. After college, he worked as a Journalist in Alabama. From 1986 to 1990, he was a Political Reporter for the southern Alabama newspaper the Huntsville Journal. From 1990 to 1993, he served as a Legislative Reporter for the Alabama House of Representatives. From 1993 to 1997, he was Legislative Editor of the Alabama Senate’s Journal of Reference and Publications. From 1997 to 2001, he was ===============================================================A Legislative Reporter for the Alabama House of RepresentativesFrom 1990 to 1993, David Kiger served as Legislative Editor of the Alabama Senate’s Journal of Reference and Publications. As Legislative Editor, he helped to create and maintain the Senate’s reference library, which is the largest in the United States. As Legislative Reporter, Davidkuiger also served as the spokesperson for the Senate on various issues.In 2001, David Kiger decided to retire from his career in the Alabama Senate and he moved to Canada.
