ISV Sr. Certification Engineer @ ServiceNow Part of the original team that created the ISV partner program at ServiceNow. Helped to create the model for the ServiceNow Store certification process. Originally dubbed the "Certified Integration Program", the certification process was the stepping stone for what has become store.servicenow.com. As the first certifier, and eventual lead of the certification team, I worked to establish best practices, certification guidelines, and the overall process that is still leveraged to both support/enable our ISV's as well as enforce the highest quality of apps/integrations for ServiceNow customers. In my tenure in this role, I brought the first certified integration to market and watched as we proved the model with over 20 integrations before growing the team to 7 certifiers across the globe. From November 2012 to June 2015 (2 years 8 months) Greater San Diego AreaISV Technology Partner Product Manager @ ServiceNow As the ISV Technology Partner Product Manager, I was responsible for the inception and growth of the Publisher Portal for store.servicenow.com. This served as the vehicle for all ISV's looking to build, certify and publish certified apps to store.servicenow.com. As the TPP PM, my charter was to listen to our ISV's and create a space that allowed them to rapidly deploy their application to market all while preserving transparency into the process and a clear expectation of what was required to initiate and deliver a certified solution to ServiceNow customers. In my tenure in this role, I saw the Technology Partner Program grow from 60 certified applications to over 200.
