Loyalty Programs and Craig FergusonWhen I started working at Bilt Technologies, I was the Director, Loyalty and Partnership Marketing. That was eleven years, and it was an incredible opportunity to work with some really great brands. I worked with JetBlue Airways and I was responsible for all aspects of their Loyalty Marketing. We created TrueBlue, which led to a fifty percent increase in enrollment, 300% increase in partner revenues, and significant increase in member activation. I was also the lead negotiator in cobrand credit card agreements.In my role at AutoZone Parts Inc., I was responsible for developing and rolling out AutoZone Rewards. This was the first loyalty program in the industry. I was also responsible for managing airline partnerships for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. I was also a Vice President at InterContinental Hotels Group, where I led the development of the global strategy for their loyalty programs. Wegenerated over $10B in hotel revenue.I was responsible for developing and executing loyalty program design and execution, including member earning and redemption structure, hotel benefit delivery, partnership development and owner assessment & reimbursement policies. I also oversaw loyalty program liabilities tied to point cost andbreakage. In addition, I had a culture of Loyalty within the organization. We shared the value of Loyalty, the importance of Human connection and recognition, and we drilled down to what was really important to our members.At GenZ Loyalty, we were responsible for creating and managing Loyalty programs and co-branded partnerships for some of the greatest brands in the world.
