In this time, he has held various management positions at a variety of retail stores, including six stores in South England. As President and CEO of Axcient, he was responsible for the running of a fresh foods business that sold products to 6 superstores in South England. As President and Chief executive officer for the largest business availability provider, he grew Axcient's eCommerce sales by 30% Qtr over Qtr consecutively and launched their products in eleven countries. He also served as Vice President Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Webroot, where he led and established the company's global sales strategy and execution for all consumer products and channels. Under his leadership, Webroot grew their Consumer business by 24% Year on Year, drove OPEX down by 18% and increased contribution margin by 100% Year on Year in a market that tracked flat year to year. drives 10% total market share gain, taking the busuiness to the only growing security vendor in US retail. In this role, he also built out strategic partnerships with two of the world's largest retail bureaus, Dixons Retail and QMR. He played a leading role in driving Webroot to the fastest growing security vendor in US retail and created a sustainable unit, revenue, profitability (P&L), & market share goals by leading and developing a team of product marketing professionals and implementing business processes/management systems. As European Retail Sales Director at Kingston Technology, he set up a European sales structure to develop sales into a multi-tiered indirect channel and driving sales into European consumer and retail markets. In charge of all marketing activities for the company, he drove sales growth globally, making it one of the company's most successful businesses. As Manager EMEA Sales in Sony United Kingdom from 2002 to 2004, he was responsible for all European sales activities for the company, which included distribution, retail, consumer, and corporate resellers. He successfully launched the company's earliest digital product, the LCD Display, and successfully negotiated and closed several strategic contracts with leading player in the Sophisticated Retail industry, Nokia. In this role, he also led and developed the company's marketing efforts for its hardware and software products, driving growth across all four of its divisions - Mobile, TV, Online and Retail. In charge of product development for the company's 16 European channel sales managers, he created and led projects to win product hearts and minds across Europe. He also developed OEM storage sales for banking, telecomms, and CCTV security markets. As Director EMEA Sales at Sony United Kingdom from 2000 to 2002, he was responsible for all sales activities for the company, which included Distribution, Retail, Consumer, and Corporate Resellers.
