Regional Director @ In July of 2013 I was transferred to Regional Director in Chicago, overseeing strategy and operations for both our agency brands: Jobspring Partners and Workbridge Associates. I lead over 50 employees split into nine (9) sales and recruiting teams specializing in a wide variety of technologies. Our primary focus is on key engineering, product, and infrastructure hires for growth stage startup companies and the Fortune 500.
Our philosophy is to HUMANIZE the recruitment process and build relationships with candidates and key decision makers through a genuine desire to advise clients on key strategic hires and further our reputation in the local technology community.
