Bell left Vodafone in June of 2016. He had been with the company for 9 years and had worked in a number of different positions. He started his career at IDEXX, a technology firm, in 1994. His work there ranged from global head of talent acquisition to HR. He also had a role in leading the territory-bound HR function. He left IDEXX to work at Vodafone in February of 2010. At Vodafone, he was responsible for leading the HR arm. He was also responsible for managing the talent acquisition, mobility, and onboarding departments. He left Vodafone in November of 2015 to take up a role at DXC Technology.
