The project involved negotiating a consent order and agreement between the Township and DEP. Middleburg Municipal Authority, Snyder County, PA Project Manager for Authority annual retainer including public water system and wastewater disposal system. Projects include a comprehensive engineering evaluation of the water system, upgrades to wastewater and water treatment plants, replacement of surface water intake structures, sanitary sewer rehabilitation projects and water line replacement projects. Limestone Township, Lycoming County, PA ACT 537 Sewage Facility Plan Update for Limestone Township Jersey Shore Borough, Lycoming County, PA Implementation of a Corrective Action Plan addressing the Borough's infiltration/inflow problems. The project also involved negotiating a Consent Order and Agreement between the Borough and DEP. Lycoming County, PA, Comprehensive Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) Study LDG teamed with Malcolm Pirnie, Inc. and Brinjac Engineering, Inc. to complete a CSO Study for the greater Williamsport area. The project included review of existing data, flow monitoring, smoke testing, analysis of collected data, recommendations for improvements and preparation of a final report. Muncy Creek Township Sewer Authority, Lycoming County, PA Planning, design, permitting and construction administration of a sanitary sewer extension project to serve the Route 405/442 corridor of Muncy Creek Township. The project includes approximately 54,000 lineal feet (l.f.) of gravity sewer and 3 pumping stations. It was funded using a PennVest loan, Section 219 Grant, Community Development Block Grant, and a DEP Grant. LDG assisted the Authority in the preparation of the grant documents.
