💼 Past Experience

I went from working as a Development Manager at Weblogs Inc. in 2003 (2 years) to a Sr. Manager position at RingCentral in 2010 (1 year). I was responsible for all integrated marketing - brand, product, GTM, demand generation, PR, content, social media & influencer marketing. My role also included working with corporate marketing brand risk and being a part of the crisis team. I also worked with employee communications, corporate relations, brand risk and the merchant business units. I managed the influencer & Advocacy program at PayPal. I also served as the Head of Digital, Influencer & Social Media Marketing at PayPal from May 2012 to June 2017 (5 years 2 months). In my role at PayPal, I was responsible for all integrated marketing - brand, product, GTM, demand generation, PR, content, social media & influencer marketing. My role also included leading the development and execution of the global social media strategy, integrated digital marketing, direct response marketing to support specific reputation narratives to key audiences in support of the corporate brand. In addition to working with corporate marketing brand risk and being a part of the crisis team, I work cross-functionally with employee communications, corporate relations, brand risk & the merchant business units and other marketing teams in the US and globally.
