Leading contributor to the design and implementation of processes methodology ensuring that the clear understanding from AS IS to the TO BE business needs and supporting operations. These in turn are translated into clear business requirements allowing effective and significant solutions to be delivered. Managing and delivering a delivery plan for the transformation activities required to take Sky to its new operating model of Lead Management ensuring all the key activities are delivered in a timely manner. From February 2011 to Present (4 years 11 months) Process Manager & Senior Business Analyst @ Leading a highly productive, professional team of analysts to deliver the Process and Procedure documentation to standards of 2-2-4 and 3-3-4 Compliance standards, ensuring Virgin Media Business was the first Telco to achieve and retain the Government's 2-2-4 information security cetification. This included: - understanding and translating Virgin Media Business Operations and Support Functions processes and procedures,(including; Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery) ensuring they were robust enough for ISO 27000 / ISO 27001 compliance as well as the Higher rating NGN Standard Security Level 2-2-4/3-3-4, required for traffic of sensitive data through Public Sector Networks. - Identify and define the scoped business areas required to have complient and stringently followed processes (checked and accredited by an independant third party appointed by the Government - Create and manage the Process Standards and Review Cycle required activities to ensure all Process Analysts stuck to those standards during the delivery of required documentation. - Indentify and Engage with subject matter experts in NGN 224/334 Compliance and VMBusiness processes alike. - Support Cross-Programme Management to ensure all areas of delivery were aligned and efficiently delivered in financial and time terms. - Collate and deliver progress updates to the Wider Project on regular intervals and to differing levels of granularity. - Identify and Escalate blockers, issues and risks to ensure the delivery of the eventual successful acreditation was achieved. From July 2009 to February 2011 (1 year 8 months) Senior Business Analyst @ Supporting the expansion and growth of the O2 Home Broadband products through project deliveries, including enhancement of the base product and takeaway (in store) options, including CPE (customer premise equipment. From 2008 to January 2009 (1 year) Business Architect - BT Vision @ Business Architect, working closing with Marketing and Operations on delivery of robust processes to enable the Business functions to communcation effectively and see clear demarcation of responsibilities.
