He would then take this information and develop a product prototype that satisfied these criteria.This approach taught him how to identify and solve a problem, but also how to execute on a startup. Friedman's experience with technology products and startups has made him a good manager of acquisitions and a capable tactician when it comes to developing business pitches.Friedman is also currently in the early stages of a business plan for a new technology company. He has created a five-page business plan that he is working on in his spare time. This business plan will help him understand the competition and identify any weaknesses in his prototype product. Friedman is confident that his new product will be more effective and profitable than his predecessor's.All of Friedman's skills and experiences have helped him be successful as a Manager of Acquisition and a tactician when it comes to starting a technology company.
