Additionally, he engineered recruitment and selection processes that facilitate proper evaluation of talent sourced from the market, helping to ensure the best hiring decisions are made by the business, and doing so in the most efficient manner. Additionally, he piloted and successfully launched the organization's College Recruiting program.
