I am proud to lead and drive 4 regions, Bristol, London, Manchester and Birmingham to become a cohesive and collaborative sales recruitment function providing best practice recruitment services to clients in the UK, creating a great sales culture, growing NFI and profitability. My number one objective is to grow our sales revenue streams, increasing productivity in permanent and contract environments focusing on winning business and client retention; develop an intuitive learning philosophy with the leadership team; develop experienced staff and our recruiters of tomorrow, with a clear career path, allowing them to reach their full potential. Reporting to the MD of the Open Market division, I have full P&L and budget responsibility for the OM UK, improving EBITDA from NFI lines. My role is to drive a programme of change that identifies and drives forward; recruitment best practice; client development strategy; a high performing sales culture and defined Target Operating Model. I have an excellent understanding of the sales life cycle in both contract, permanent and project staffing solutions with the ability to challenge the status quo.
